I design and build the website, and the system that runs it — not a template with the logo swapped. Every site I ship is backed by its own CMS, so the business owns its content instead of emailing me to change a phone number.
Most of what I build is for owner-operated businesses: insurance, dental, consulting, event and furniture rental. I build my own tooling too, because the way to deliver a site in days rather than weeks is to automate the parts that repeat — the pipeline, the lead research and the monitor below are all mine, and all running.
What I build for is clarity. A visitor should understand what a business does within seconds and know exactly what to do next — that is what makes a site convert, and it is the part most sites get wrong.

I've worked on a variety of projects, from simple websites to complex web applications. Here are a few of my favorites.
The system every client build runs through: eight stages from first contact to delivery, with holds, priority, and a Build trigger that opens the right industry template. It is loopback-only by design, and that is proved at the socket rather than asserted — 168 passing tests and an end-to-end harness at 39/39. A client's data never leaves the machine it is on.
Watches my own repositories and reports what has drifted — it never repairs and never blocks. On its first real run it found a live path defect nobody was looking for, in code whose test suite was green, and confirmed the fix the next day. It makes no network call of any kind, and that is provable by grep over its source.
